Keke's Breakfast Cafe is Hiring for a Multi-Store Restaurant Manager for the Ormond Beach area.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation for all restaurants in a designated area.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between ownership and the area’s locations by making regular visits and interacting with store management
- Ensures protection of Keke’s Breakfast Cafe brand through District compliance with Franchise policies and procedures. Evaluates store performance at specified intervals using Franchise inspection form; coach and train managers as required.
- Ensures the continual improvement of quality, service and cleanliness standards for all locations. Implement corrective actions, as required.
- Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to ownership in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Ensure that each branch delivers value and excellence to the customers
- Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed store managers that will maintain profit margins and protect Keke’s brand standards
- Ensure proper staffing levels are achieved. Monitor staff and management labor availability in District. Maintain an ongoing system for the recruitment, recognition and retention of store management. Develop crew and management staffing plans to maintain management stability. Ensure the execution of quality, timely performance feedback, performance management and performance reviews
- Ensure that District is profitable and in compliance to Franchise standards
- First level of contact and accountability for brand and service concerns with Franchise Office
- Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST be available EVERY DAY from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in restaurant operations, multi-unit store management experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Free of tattoos and facial or body piercing visible in a short sleeve shirt.
- Have neat, well-kept hair of a natural color.
- Keke's must be your only place of employment.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
